Meriel intergrates her background in trauma therapy with the Adlerian psychotherapuetic approach to enable you to understand yourself and change where you feel stuck.
Adlerian psychotherapy is a deeper way of working that explores your childhood, family atmosphere and life choices. Adler believed we are bio-social-psycho and spiritual beings so this involves your whole self - your body, social context, thoughts and energy. Meriel walks beside you as you move the distress or blockages you feel or percieve.
It takes courage to change where you feel hurt but you are capable of addressing what causes you pain and find different ways to be.
In-person in Cardigan, online or telephone. Adults only. 10% discount for 6 x session bookings.
