8 people maximum, in-person only. Learn a range of coping strategies. These courses are not processing spaces so we don't share the events of the past here, instead we share our experiences of trying out different techniques for living with the impact of trauma in our lives.

Within this 8 weeks you will learn about and practice tools addressing things like anxiety, flashbacks, panic attacks, nightmares, sleeping problems, numbness, hyper-sensitivity, hypervigilance, fatigue, unexplained chronic pains, difficulty controlling emotions, feeling empty or hopelesss, feeling different from others, feeling permanently damaged, feeling hostile or distrustful and avoiding relationships.

You'll need to register, then arrange a phone call with Meriel to establish if this is the right thing for you at the moment before booking. Group sessions can be a useful way to learn and heal but, like all things, it needs to be the right time for you.
